Main tasks:
工作职责
1. Preparing MRP plan and production plan according to purchase order and forecast from customers;
根据客户订单及预测，准备物料计划MRP和生产计划；
2. Perfect transportation process, freight control (enquiry, comparison, bargaining), reconciliation at the end of each month and transport file archiving and sorting;
完善运输流程，运费控制（询价、比价、还价），月末对账以及运输档案的归档与整理；
3. Follow shipment and arrival , updating the report forms in time;
提货到货跟踪，报表及时更新完善；
4.Handling Imported and Exported activities, manage and update all the related certificates according to customs requirements.
处理进出口货物的相关事宜，根据海关要求对所有相关证件的及时更新与管理。
Required competences:
能力需求：
Education: College and above education level, Logistics major preferred.
教育背景：大专及以上学历，物流专业优先。
Professional Skill: Good communication and implement skill; knowledge of import and export formalities; basic knowledge of QMS and EMS.
专业技能：良好的沟通和执行能力；进出口手续知识；质量和环境管理体系基本知识。
Working Experience: Minimum 2 years import and export formality experience.
工作经验：至少2年进出口手续经验。
Computer Skill：Good computer skill (Word, Excel).
计算机技能：良好计算机能力（Word, Excel）。
Language Skill: Good English (spoken and written).
语言技能：英语良好（口语和书面）。
