1)Consulting/coaching skill;
2)Excellent communication skill;
3)3+ years’ experience in PLM project deployment/consulting;
4)IT maintenance project management experience;
5)Coding experience is highly preferred;
6) Good English skills.
Detailed information is as following:
Training and coaching support (GI and Proof-cubing)
– Training planning and organization to key users for new application features;
– Training material and data preparation;
– Training execution;
Test support (GI and Proof-cubing)
– Test planning and organization including:
Test environment / test case / test data / schedule;
– Test execution;
– Test result reporting and defect tracking;
Maintenance support (GI and Proof-cubing)
– Maintenance relevant deliverables review and update;
– Remote/Onsite technical consulting for end users as 3rd level support;
– Problem tickets tracking and solving;
– Visview Mockup new version installation package/script creation and update for BBA environment;
