1) Project management skill, 3 years + project management experience at least.
2) Expert in PDM, PEP PDM, 5 years + experience is preferred.
3) IT maintenance work knowhow.
4) Test Knowledge is needed.
5) Good Commutation skill.
6) Good Team Leader, Training experience 1 year +.
7) Nice to have BMW or BBA IT project experience.
8) Fluent English and Chinese on writing and speaking.
9) Automotive process knowhow for R&D + production preparation.
10) IT process management and project management work flow.
(ITPM is recommend)
