职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical direction for new product introduction and qualification.
- Work with GE qualification team and pitcher team to understand the qualification requirements and product CTQ.
- Lead catcher team from different functions to develop MPP, PQP, BOM, drawing, WI etc. for prototype/FPQ and pilot lot production.
- Facilitate and coordinate, as well as tracking, of day-to- day activities required to ensure the qualification/project is completed on time and successfully.
- Lead the feasibility check or study for new product.
- Generate quotations to GE internal customer for any inquiry for new product.
- Manage project stakeholders’ expectation and communication.
- Maintain and manage project/qualification risks and develop effective action plans for resolution.

Qualifications Required:
- BS Degree (preferably in engineering or business).
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
- Proven project management experience in complex environments
- Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external)
- Working knowledge of NPI processes.
- Working knowledge of Lean principles.
