Major Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作
1、Responsible for customer site and the collection of after-sale quality information data , sorting and timely feedback. 负责客户现场及售后质量信息数据的收集，整理，及时反馈。
2、Responsible for urgent processing of on-site customer complaints, the first time to report and, if necessary, temporary 100 tests, rework, such as repairing work. 负责现场客户投诉的紧急处理，***时间汇报上级，必要时进行临时100%检测，返工返修等工作。
3、Responsible for monthly process of zero km and sell back part, return and save the relevant data. 每月负责零公里及售后退件的办理，退回及相关数据保存。
4、Communicate with the other departments. 沟通协调其他部门工作。
Qualification 资格要求:
1. 2 years working experience; technical secondary school or above. 2年以上工作经验，中专以上文凭。
2. Strong ability on team work, problem analysis and solving. 具有较强的分析能力和团队合作能力以及问题解决能力
3. Strong communication and interpersonal ability. 良好的沟通能力和人际交流能力
4. Be capable of hard work, and in good health. can work in shifts 具备吃苦耐劳的精神，身体健康,能倒班。
5. Insist on the requirement and arrangement of the superiors, achieve the provision of evaluation. Comply with the various regulatory frame works firmly. 坚决执行上级下达的生产指令和工作安排，
