Your responsibilities include:

- Management review of interim and annual financial report
- Implementation of internal system, process and product audits
- Monitoring of audit reports and review of effectiveness of measures
- Care of all CIP procedures in the company
- Monitoring the quality performance of the company by Q-report
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements in the organization
(department Cross-coaching and training for all employees)
- Quality planning according to Automotive Standards
- Measurement of prototypes, pre-series and series parts with 3D CMM
- Management of standard tests during production
- Processing of complaints and warranty cases
- Coordination of invalid components internally and externally
- Assistance in FMEA
- Preparation of PPAP
- Product monitoring in the field

Requirements:

Education
- Master, Bachelor, Technician or similar Qualification in field of quality management
- Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and automotive industry

Knowledge
- Permit as an auditor and permit as an internal auditor (ISO TS 16949:2002)
- Internal environment audits (ISO 14001)
- Quality and Environment requirements
- QM-Tools (SPC, CPK, FMEA, Key Figures, 8D Reports)
- Project Management
- Draws und 3D measuring
- Experience with 3D CMM Wenzel (Metrosoftware Quartis)
- Chinese and German or English, written and spoken
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP preferable
