职位描述：
Main tasks
主要任务:
1. Assist to supervise running and improvement of QMS;协助监督运行和改善质量管理体系；
2. Prepare Control Plan;制作控制计划；
3. Assist to find and solve quality problems on site;协助找出和解决现场的质量问题；
4. Make Control Chart for Incoming Inspection; 制定原材料入厂检验标准；
5. Solve quality problem during project implement period;解决项目阶段生产过程中的质量问题；
6. Improve plant quality according to customer audit;根据客户的审核改善工厂的质量;
7. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.;负责持续 改善活动，加强质量管理体系，例如5S、改善、精益方法，等；
8. Develop training to build quality awareness;开展培训建立质量意识；
9. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data;与工艺和操作人员对接，确保新产品根据批准的数据移交给生产；
10. Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system;支持质量检查员确保产品和过程与质量管理体系的相关要求一致；
11. Conduct internal audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions;执行内部审核，包括理清审核发现的问题，创建审核问题报告和确定适当的纠正和预防措施；
12. Customer claims management - analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints (8D reports); Ensure that all complaint investigations are carried out in a timely manner;客户投诉的管理-分析事故，采取纠正和预防行动回复客户投诉（8D报告）；确保所有的投诉调查及时进行；
13. Member of APQP team (new projects);APQP组(新项目)成员；
14. Prepartion of PPAP samples and required documentation;准备PPAP样件和要求的文件；
15. Customer portals monitoring (PPMs, claims etc…);客户网站的监控（PPMS,投诉等…..）；
16. Perform any other duties assigned by Superiors.履行上级主管安排的其他职责。

Required competences:
能力需求
    
Education: College and above education level, mechanical major preferred.
教育背景：大专及以上学历，机械专业优先。
Professional Skill: Experience in ISO-TS 16949 quality management systems and process auits (VDA 6.3); Experience working with OEM Corrective Action Plans (8D, 5 Why etc.); Working knowledge of Core Quality Tools: PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA; Working knowledge of problem solving tools: 5M, QRQC, etc.; Knowledge of common tools: 5S, TPM, etc..
专业技能：具有ISO-TS 16949 质量管理体系和过程审核（VDA6.3）的经验；有客户纠正措施工作经验（8D,5Why等）；具有质量核心工具知识：PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA；具有解决问题工具知识：5M, QRQC等；常见工具知识：5S,TPM等。
Working Experience: 3 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for consumer product manufacturer in automotive industry.
工作经验：3年以上汽车行业消费品生产质量保证经验。
Computer Skill：Good computer skill (Word, Excel).
计算机技能：良好计算机能力（Word, Excel）。
Language Skill: Fluent English (spoken and written).
语言技能：英语流利（口语和书写）。
Others: Willingness to travel when required.
