职位描述：
Job Details：
1. Lead plant efforts to ensure simplicity and compliance in the operating procedures of each function
2. Manage customer relationship to address requirements and respond appropriately to them minimizing the impact to the organization
3. Oversees APQP tasks of product or process changes and new product launches.
4. Assists and guide key functional areas to prioritize tasks to resolve problems, improvements, or accomplishments required to support departmental objectives.
5. Overseeing the implementation of control plans and plans for response to non-compliant products and processes
6. Monitor safety practices, housekeeping in assigned areas of quality
7. Coordinate supplier development and purchased parts approval process.
8. Optimize inspection and test cost including resources and resulting scrap.
9. Non-conforming material disposition process minimizing impact on company cost.
10. Comply with Customer Quality Specific Requirements and coordinate improvement actions.
11. Responsible for the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of all activities of the program in accordance with Gestamp Standards, National Standards and OEMs Engineering Standards.
12. Oversees the creation of plant launch timelines starting from Job Award leading to arrival of equipment, homeline tryout, PPAP through SOP.
13. Support the plant program open issues resolution and resources.
14. Responsible for planning and implementing safety, occupational health and environment protection management, and support manpower and material resources in order to support team complete target under the support of EHS team

 Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Engineering with major on industrial, mechanical, welding, chemical or metallurgical.
2. Over 8 years in manufacturing industry.
3. Quality & Project Managament Systems.
4. Direct and customer service.
5. Supplier Management.
6. MIG welding processes and Spot.
