职位描述：

主要工作Job description:
1. 公司到货沟通和质量问题检验；
Implement the qualtiy and deliver communication
2. 处理客户在线质量问题和执行遏制措施；
Conduct the customer on-site quality problem and take containment actions.
与客户确认不合格件；并进行初始问题分析
verify the NC-parts with customer. And primary problem analysis
3. 缺陷分析并协同部门制定改进计划；
Failure analysis and define with department action plan
4. 初始问题分析积极参与8D小组解决质量问题, 收集质量数据。
Attend the 8D team to solve quality problem and collect quality data.
5. 推进持续改进
Drive continuous improvements
6. 纠错/8D报告。
Corrective action/8D report

资格要求requalification:
大专或以上学历，机械制造专业优先 3years college and above, prior for manufacturing。
至少1年相关的生产经验 1 year work experience in production line
了解质量体系understand quality system
了解质量工具 understand Q-tools,like 8D,5W
具有较强的分析能力和团队合作能力以及问题解决能力；Communication skilled, and problem solving skill.
