职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform and keep improving electrical testing plan. Develop Testing Introduction and verify the execution.
- Responsible for testing failure tracking, disposal and prevent (NCR/MRB system applied)
- Support test team to optimize the standardization of the testing routing job
- Responsible for incoming defect tracking, monitoring and disposal (NCR/VBB system applied)
- Responsible for driving supplier quality improved by working with Sourcing , SQE on RCA , Corrective actions and preventive actions in place and tracking the execution
- Responsible for overall COQ reduction by working with assembly and test team
- Be the contact with Customer and Design engineer on quality issues and discussion. Keep driving internal process improved based on the expectation and feedback from Customers

Qualifications Required:
- 3+ year experience, Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Familiar with electrical design theory and practice
- Good in written and oral English
- Excellent communication skill
