Responsibilities
1. Represent site needs to management for proper support and engagement in site effort.
2. Interview and select applicants based on vacancies together with hiring managers.
3. Plan and conduct new employees orientation to foster positive attitude toward origanizational objectives.
4. Plan, organize/or coordinate training activities.
Requirements
1. Good knowledge in personnel recruitment, selection, training
2. Good communication skills in English is required.
3. Experience in a multinational environment is required.
4. Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self discipline, job ownership and accoutability are required.
5. Good skills on active listening, logic and critical thinking, judgement and decision making, complex problem solving, time management, and good team spirit are required.
