岗位职责：
1、了解客户服务需求信息，进行有效跟踪，售后指导和服务工作；
2、熟练运用公司产品及服务，解答客户提问并落实问题；
3、负责销售签约后的相关事务性工作；
4、为用户提供专业的系统使用指导；
5、对公司产品进行bug测试。
6、具备处理问题、安排进展、跟进进程、沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力，最大限度的提高客户满意度。遇到不能解决的问题按流程提交相关人员或主管处理，并跟踪进展直至解决，接听售后投诉电话，安抚客户情绪。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机、电子商务、市场营销等相关专业；
2、6个月以上互联网行业客服或销售经验者优先；
3、对工作热情，有耐心，表达能力强，比较机灵；
4、善于和客户沟通，有团队合作精神；
