HiL – Service - Engineer

How you can be part of it.
The development of test systems for electrical vehicle components is part of our focus. You shall make yourself acquainted with the relevant specification of the system committed to you and shall be responsible for its installation and commissioning on customers' sites. In case of problems, you shall effect error analysis and error remedy, and ensure trouble-free functioning of the system. Introducing customers to the devices and systems in training courses shall finally complement your project. During the process and upon successful commissioning, you shall be the competent technical person to be contacted by customers particulary with reference to repair or service orders to be effected.

Your main focus shall be on HiL-Systems and on service and support:
· Co-ordinate the preparation of turn-key solutions for complex Hardware in the Loop Systems
· Independent execution of commissionings and acceptances on customers' sites
· Ensuring aftersales services - Planning and organisation of service orders
· English communication with the customer and the HQ Scienlab electronic systems in Germany, particularly referring to diagnostic/repair and service subjects
· Execution of trainings and customer courses

Moreover, you shall assist our sales department:
· Clarification of technical requirements with our customer and the HQ in Germany
· Be proficient in discussing and understanding customer´s detailed technical requirements
· Help to create quotations
· Support our sales team

Personal skills you bring along:
· You have successfully completed your studies with a degree bachelor or master in electrical engineering.
· Very good knowledge of dSpace, ETAS, Vector or other HiL-Systems, MATLAB, Simulink, µControllers
· Good or excellent English language skills both spoken and written.
· You are familiar with electrical techniques, wireing diagrams and tools.
· A high degree of autonomy and personal initiative are a matter of course to you.
· You qualify by a distinct willingness to travel and a salient customer focus.
