Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operation team delivering control.

2. Responsible for manufacturing cost control

3. Responsible for inventory control

4. Responsible for improve production efficiency, reduce scrap loss (lean production)

5. Communicate with DGM to make alignment with head office request.

6. Coordinate with DGM to hit TTEC Gross margin and Cash flow annual target.

7. Continue to implement operation in TTEC and improve whole company quality performance.

Education: University or master degree .

Work Experience: 5+ years MFG management experience in mfg and logistics etc.

Skills: Business strategy, good communication, rich management experience.

Language: Fluent spoken and written English.

Requirements: Adapt to be on business trip inbound and outbound, work under stress.
