1. Achieve the most optimized reasonable Robot program for the most efficient raw material consumption, the best cycle time with good and stable quality.
实现最有效最合理的机器人程序优化确保原材料最低消耗,质量稳定
2. Ensure robot movement handling in plant always in safe, accurate environment, and without putting equipment or tools in risk of damage.
确保机器人保持准确安全的运行，使设备或工具运转的损坏风险降低到最小

Job Responsibilities: 工作职责

1. Responsible for predicating robot inspection (handling robot calibration in a scheduled base) to ensure the robot to work in a correct way.
负责机器人检查包括（处理机器人校准）确保机器人按要求正常运行
2. Responsible for calibrating the mold position when in need to ensure spray activity always being accurate and safe.
当有需要时负责磨具位置校准，确保喷涂总是保持准确和安全
3. Responsible for optimizing the robot program as one part of production process when it is necessary for better operation performance.
负责优化机器人程序做为生产程序的一部分
4. Keep strict supervision and follow up with the programming developing and fine-tunning, to ensure a good and timely back up.
保持对程序的严谨管理以及对程序的发展和优良调整，确保程序保持在好的状态
5. Responsible for management of robot spare parts and tools
负责机器人备品备件及工具的管理
6. Responsible for products spraying programming, and optimizing timely, control cost issue
负责产品喷涂程序编制，并定期进行优化，降低成本
7. Robot related work (training、system documents)
其他机器人相关工作（培训、系统文件）
8. Responsible for plant production process normal operation and supervision
负责车间生产工艺正常实施与监控
9. Responsible for plant process operation、improvement、follow up
负责车间工艺的调试、实践、改进、跟踪
10. Issue rational proposal suggestions according to plant quality defect、and make action plan
根据现场质量缺陷、提合理化建议及采取解决问题的行动
11. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the programm cycle time are always optimized by complying with company technical standard and capacity requirement.
负责检查调试程序运转时间从而确保最大化的提高生产效率及技术标准和要求
12. Co-operate and prepare technological information/suggestions from programming side in the process improvement actions with a view to handle the robot in safe and accurate way.
有效提供和准备技术性信息和建议确保机器人安全正常运转
13. All other tasks assigned by direct chief

Requirements: 条件
(Necessary elements for apply for this position 申请此职位须达到的条件)

1. Good acknowledge of C programming language 熟练掌握C语言
2. Good acknowledge of ABB Robot operational skills.熟练ABB机器人操作知识及能力
3. 5years working experience above.至少5年以上工作经验
4. Bachelor Degree above in related major. 相关专业本科或以上学历
5. Good English level.良好的英文沟通水平
6. Experience in manufacturing industry.有相关生产行业经验
7. Good computer skills. 良好的电脑软件技能
8. Ability to work in teams and in an international environment 良好的团队意识及跨国企业工作经验

1. Experience in automotive industry. 汽车制造行业工作经验
