Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of various mold production line, ensure the normal operation of production mold production, the use of spare parts report.
• Responsible for new mould made the assessment team all put forward reasonable scheme to die commissioning.
• Make die maintenance records, to maintain some reasonable suggestion for improvement.
• Do workshop 5 S work and machine maintenance and maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance process according to normal operation process, prevent maintenance process of risk
• Properly handle the course of maintenance of the waste, belong to the hazardous waste treatment in accordance with the relevant legal procedure
• Accept the company EHS aspects about the knowledge and management requirements of training, understand the company EHS regulations in
• Strictly follow related EHS manual, process and the requirements of the homework books, to carry out the relevant affairs

Qualifications and Requirements

• With at least four years in the mold maintenance department work especially the experience, familiar with the stamping mould and fixtures of the everyday and preventive management and maintenance, familiar with mould manufacturing, will be small machine and electric equipment operation. Have good execution and team work spirit.
• Understanding of TPM, die modification and die using time, be familiar with metal stamping process and associated mold;
• Over 5 years related working experience, automotive industry preferred;
• Know TS16949, can use CAD, UG;
• To organize the rectification of mold problems;
• Be good at English (oral & written);
• Outgoing personality, good communication skills and team spirit.
