职位描述(Job Description)
① 全面负责公司产品在全国范围的营销工作，提高产品在目标市场的占有率，以达成区域内整体销售任务；

Responsible for speeding to market products nationwide, improve target market share, achieve sales assignments in the appointed sales area

② 统筹、管理整个营销链条各阶段工作内容的实施和关键节点的控制，依次推进到下个销售环节；

Manage the whole marketing chain on each stage and take control of critical phases as well in order to promote sales
③ 深入分析客户项目，选用正确的销售方法和技巧来影响客户采购标准，为其提供专业的解决方案；

Make deep analysis of customers' projects, choose right sales methods and skills to influence customer purchasing standards
④ 日常管理及指导下属销售团队，跟进重点项目、协调企业与大客户的关系；
Guide subordinate sales team, follow up key projects and coordinate all different customers or corporates
职位要求（Position Requirement）
① 3年以上建材行业销售业务拓展及管理经验，钢结构/地坪等相关行业经验者优先；

Over 3-year working experience in building materials/ business development/ management,steel structure/ panel related experience is preferred
② 熟悉建材行业及业务的运作模式，有该行业一定量的大客户及人脉资源并有成功的大项目经验；

Be familiar with internal operation of building material system, have resources of potential clients and successful project experience

③ 擅长拓展大客户渠道及关系维系的监督与管理工作；

Be good at developing, keeping and managing big customers
