1. Prepare all statutory report to government parties.
准备政府要求的报告
2. Assist in the preparation of the cash forecasting process and reporting the cash requirements related to the taxation liability.
协助编制现金流预算以及汇报有关税项所需的现金需求。
3. Ensure that the organisation receives a clean tax audit report
确保单位收到税务审计报告
4. Ensure that all transactions comply with appropriate Tax regulations and submit the proper Tax Return and the payments timely.
确保所有交易符合相应的税收法规和提交正确的报税表和及时支付税项。
5. Produce, as required, any ad hoc reports required by the Management
编制，管理层所需和所要求的任何专案报告
6. Ensure the balances related to taxation reported in the financial statements are complete and accurate
确保在财务报表里体现的税务结算是完整和准确的
7. Intensive liaison with Tax Officers and other external Authorities including tax-consultant.
负责与税务人员和其他外部机构，包括税务顾问的沟通以及建立密切关系。
职位要求Job Requirement
1. Having experience with the China taxation reporting for minimum of three (3) years, preferably in a big property and developer company.
拥有至少三（3）年的相关中国报税经验，最好在有规模的物业和开发公司的工作经验。
2. Minimum a bachelor in accounting / finance or equivalent, with a sound academical background.
至少会计/财务本科学位或同等学历，具有优越的成绩。
3. Having reporting skills including MS Office, Word, Excel skills
拥有能用MS Office的Word，Exce制造报表的技能和技巧
4. Having at least a middle professional license in accounting inline with China regulation. better having CTA.
拥有至少中级专业会计证,有注册税务师证者优先
5. Fair in written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
能用英语和汉语进行基本的的书面和口头沟通
6. Team player, able to work with colleagues across the organisation
有团队合作精神，能够与同事合作
