职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司质量管理体系的完善和日常维护，相关质量数据的分析和反馈工作；
2、负责监督产品研发过程的执行，评价研发活动和各阶段工作产品，执行验证和确认活动，以确保工作产品的高质量交付；
3、持续优化产品研发效率工具推广与培训，推动相应的过程改善活动；
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，具有3年以上QA经验，具有机械加工行业经验的优先；
2、掌握质量管理和过程与改善的相关理论和质检工具，热衷于产品产出的质量保证工作；
3、具有良好的沟通能力与数据整理和分析能力，很强的工作责任心，坚持原则；
