职位描述
工作概述：
1.帮助生产部门改进产品质量、优化工艺流程及过程参数，提高生产效率
2.参与项目第四，五，六 阶段的开发工作及工业化准备。
3.参与吹塑工艺试制,参与确定吹塑工艺参数以得到符合技术规范的吹塑油箱壳体，并使生产过程保持稳定。
4.参与油箱焊接/装配非标自动化设备开发，和工艺参数调试及优化以得到符合技术规范的焊接和总装油箱，并使生产过程保持稳定
主要职责：
1.日常生产工程技术支持，确保达到合理的生产安全，质量及设备性能指标
2.通过设备及工艺过程参数的优化来持续改进现有生产效能，对现有设备，相关工装改进技术任务书的编制及与供应商的技术交流，相关改进任务实施的跟踪
3.参与安全/质量等方面重大问题的8D分析
4.向生产部门提供有关工程作业规范，操作指导，并提供工艺及设备调试维护方面的培训
5.帮助生产/维修部门分析复杂的设备故障，进行调试以保证设备正常运行。
6.指导生产维修部门对吹塑模具/自动化设备进行维修
7.指导帮助生产部改进吹塑换型过程以降低换型时间及换型过程中的质量风险
8.参与制定吹塑机/上料系统/电力异常应对措施
9.参与落实有关防差错及统计技术应用
能力及教育背景：
1.机械设计或高分子材料及工艺大学本科学历
2.掌握CAD软件如： AutoCAD
3.良好的英语表达能力(较为流利的说，听，读， 写能力)
4.良好的到生产现场工作的意愿
5.良好的分析和解决问题 +制定并执行相关行动的能力
6.良好的总结转化技术诀窍的能力
7.良好的机械设计能力及经验
8.良好的塑料材料方面的知识
9.良好的工艺调试思维和经验。
10.基本的自动化/电气/气动/液压等方面知识

JOB SUMMARY:
1.Support production to improve product quality, optimize the process flow and parameter to improve production efficiency
2.Attend the new program development of phase 4,5,6 and industrialization preparation.
3.Attend blowing trial, take part in defining and validating the blowing process parameter to get the blowing tank shell confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process
4.Attend HDPE fuel tank welding/assembly specific machine development, process parameter setup & optimization to get the final welded or assembled tank which confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process
MAIN MISSION:
1.Daily production engineering support to ensure good performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Machine performance
2.Production performance & efficiency continuous improvement via machine and process parameter optimization. Prepare the machine improvement technical specification and communication with supplier, improvement action following.
3.Participate the 8D analysis for quality and safety KEY issues.
4.Define the working instruction to production team, provide the training to production team for working instruction, process setup, machine turning & maintenance
5.Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.
6.Support production/maintenance team to repair mould or specific machine.
7.Improve mould change over process to reduce the changeover time and quality risk.
8.Attend to build up the contingency planning for BMM/raw material feeding system/electric power abnormal situation.
9.Technical Application of Poka-Yoke and SPC
COMPETENCY AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
1.Bachelor diploma major in Mechanical Design or high polymer material & process
2.Mastery of CAD software( Ex: AutoCAD)
3.Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
4.Has good willing to work on production shop floor
5.Competence for problem analyzing & solving and building & execution the action plan
6.Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
7.Good mechanical design & experience
8.Good knowledge for the plastic material
9.Good experience & mindset for process setup
10.Basic automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
OPTION (which is preferable if the candidate have this experience or knowledge)
1.Good production shop floor process, equipment setup experience
2.Be familiar with industrial mass production relative performance indicators and application (ex: Cycle time, OEE, Breakdown, PPM…)
3.Mastery of plastic material injection or blowing technology and process
4.Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control
5.Basic knowledge for heating transfer
