工作内容：
-根据技术特点，保证生产、测量或校正
-根据情况，保证管理工位小组成员的替换
-保证指令的传达
-借助看板和物流示意图，计划生产
-完成或让人完成工作岗位的一级维修
-反映问题
-解释并让人遵守标准（生产、SMI、质量、维修、等）
-保证遵守5S规定
-跟踪出勤-缺勤情况，以及班组的情况
岗位要求：
-懂得注塑和组装技术
-3年以上工作经验，汽车行业优先
-工作认真，学习能力强
-中专或大专以上学历
