Advanced Specialist Internal Technical Trainer

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Responsible for the planning, control and execution of the apprenticeship of mechatronics or electrical maintenance

- Lead the students to vocational qualification in line with company demands and the curriculum framework

- Select the appropriate apprentice, advice, promote and evaluate them in terms of their training progress of academic performance and social behavior

- Work closely with the company's offices and the apprenticeship coordinator in order to improve the learning atmosphere and optimize target achievements

- Create qualification concepts in collaboration with the training colleagues

Key Responsibilities

- Teaching technical and process expertise of each profession and social competence according to the applicable education and order, then going beyond operational requirements

- Training needs collection and analysis

- Generation of training plan according to project requirements

- Implementation of training delivery according to training plan

- Implementation of safety training to comply with the provisions of job security, environmental protection, laws, guidelines and manuals

- Creating, acquiring, deploying, and updating training materials and course materials in accordance with applicable regulations and examination regulations

- Creating, acquiring, deploying and updating training materials and training documents for additional qualifications in the context of talent, beyond the examination regulations

- Guidance and supervision with the careful use of workshop equipment, devices and machines and their control and maintenance

- Check and monitor training and introduction of measures to meet the learning objectives, preparation and coordination of the transfer plans according to the material and temporal structure

- Responsible for inventory management (demand planning, inventory planning and procurement planning) and resource management such as tool output, equipment operation and locker storage management

- Other additional contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualifications

- College/University degree or above in related major

- Successfully completed training as a technician, expert in electrical / mechatronics or equivalent degree or an equivalent qualification

- More than 6 years experience in technical field, especially mechatronics or electrical maintenance field

- More than 1 year experience with coaching/teaching people

- More than 1 year experience with leading people

- Knowledge of automation technology

- Knowledge of training skill

- Basic knowledge of mechatronicas and electrical maintenance

- Fluent English, German would be an advantage

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with a high level of motivation and initiative

- Analytical mind with a positive attitude, willing to work under pressure and tight deadline

- Cooperation spirit
