Advanced Specialist Process & System

Corporate Division Import &Export
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

Responsible for system & process solution due to electronic clearance request from Customs & integration request from AG

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the system & process analysis and solution finding for whole Import & Export

- Responsible for all the IT change request collection and follow up to support the smooth running of business

- Responsible for the initial development design together with IT for project of F52

- Responsible for system evaluation and stabilization for business running from supplier perspective

- Responsible for system solution & development with IT with project requests as well as authority requests for new clearance approach

- Responsible for department reporting and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

- University degree in automotive, logistics, international trade, economics, & business administration

- Background of IT

- Supply chain or manufacturing knowledge

- Competent skill and knowledge of project management

- Skilled application in MS office and SAP

- Good team work spirit and communication skills

- Proficient English both in oral and written

- Speaking German is a plus

- Background in import and export business, 1-3 years

- Experience with automotive industry preferred, 1-3 years

- Working experience for supplier management and project management, 4-6 years

- Experience in multinational culture is preferred, 4-6 years
