Advanced Specialist Quality Management

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

The Specialist is responsible for monitoring the quality of all parts which are developed and released by the R&D center and supports implementing processes regarding quality management

Key Responsibilities

- The Specialist monitors and controls all quality numbers and tracks issues of parts which are developed and released at R&D

- Supports the developing departments during development phase of the parts with defined methods and measures. Supports the SE-Team Leader in deriving appropriate means and tracks the implementation process

- The Specialists supports implementing quality related processes to optimize the workflow at the R&D center

- The Specialists identifies potential deficiencies in process and supports to set up and introduce quality methods and processes to ensure parts quality of parts developed at R&D

- In the production phase of parts which are released at R&D the specialist analyses the quality data of these parts, identifies quality risks and problems, pushes new measures and supports the developing and releasing departments in implementing these measures

- Follows up the effectiveness of the measures and if applicable escalation to his/her manager

Qualifications

- Bachelor / University degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical), economics or equivalent

- Language: English

- Language: Chinese (mother tongue)

- Quality Methods and Management of Parts

- Project management-Tools like Ms Project, MS Excel

- Soft Skills: Honest, team player, reliable, flexible and pro-active

- Communication skills

- The candidate likes to work in networks

- Working Experience in Quality Management, 4-6 years

- International work experience, 1-3 years
