职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.To outsource and develop affluent market prospects through different channels
2.To proactively sell and cross-sell consumer banking products and services to targeted customer to meet their financial needs
3.To achieve the pre-set sales and service goal under increasing customer demand and keen market competition
4.To establish, maintain and manage good relationship with customers and deliver highest level of service
5.To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on sales activities
6.To contribute to staff training/development
7.Enhance bank-customer relationships by expanding existing customers' portfolio holdings
8. Report to senior management and team leader for any suspicious client dealings and client complaints
9. Review lists of top clients and top prospects with the team leader on a quarterly basis for visitation purpose
10. Work as a team with other team members in a harmonious, positive working atmosphere .
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Minimum 3 years'relevant banking experiences in sales function.
3.Broad knowledge of full range of Bank' consumer banking products and services
4.Strong commercial orientation
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills
6.Mature, presentable and sociable
7.Able to work under pressure
8.Fluent spoken and written English
