Job description
-Developing and implementing the company's digital marketing strategy
-Being responsible for maintaining current initiatives (and maximising the same) as well as creating new and more diverse initiatives in accordance with company wide brand guidelines
-Maintaining and updating the company’s websites
-Driving traffic to Star Mall website via a multi-faceted approach including SEO (on page and off page), all social media platforms, brand awareness and PPC
-Remaining up to date on, and implementing in a timely fashion, any digital industry changes (algorithmic and other) that could affect Star Mall and digital campaign effectiveness
-Using analytical tools to monitor and report to the Board of Directors on site traffic and other activity
-Track performance of channels and provide weekly updates using tools such as Baidu Analytics ,Google Analytics; Webmaster tools and call tracking software etc
-Produce post-campaign analysis to determine the success against forecast and other criteria
-Being responsible for meeting agreed digital KPI’s in the growth of the wide range of services Star Mall covers
-Liaising with external providers and 3rd party agencies to achieve these goals
-Identifying new media opportunities and innovations, briefing marketing agencies on campaign objectives and managing both team and agency resources
-Ensuring all marketing campaigns are integrated into the appropriate digital channels including web, mobile and social media
-E-marketing and automated SMS campaigns with the use of client data bases
-Implementation of consumer research projects that support new business development, e.g. Online Surveys.
Desired Skilled and Experience
-Must have at least 5 years’ experience in-house and / or agency side environment
-A proven record of implementing and maintaining successful PPC campaigns, onpage / offpage SEO campaigns, and other digital platforms
-Experience of handling marketing budgets
-Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Affiliate marketing experience
-Content management
-A working knowledge of XHTML, HTML and CSS
-Working knowledge of digital design packages including but not limited to Photoshop; Adobe, Dreamweaver
-Previous experience working in the competitive legal services market
