Rsponsibilities:
- responsible for answering any to property management office, reception of the complaint, querying, telephone and visit, do serious and responsible, enthusiastic attitude, quality service.
- when on duty, shall be recorded on the day of good, of what is happening in the unfinished must do something to accomplish know fairly well.
- the data/tenant is responsible for the registration, collection, archiving, preservation work.
- Other daily tasks
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English (speak, write, read, type);
- can adapt shift work
- Decent computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must; additional softwares would be advantageous);
- Ability to work under preassue;
- Detailed oriented; Quality result oriented person;
- Team player.
