职位描述
工作职责：
1、热情、礼貌、真诚微笑的接待每一位客户。耐心、细心、用心地接受每一位客户咨询，为客户提供一流的专业服务，提供切实可行的教育方案。不得因人而宜，不得只攻大单，忽略小单。
2、与客户建立良好的关系。协助部门做好客户维护，信守给客户的承诺。
3、对未签单的客户，认真做好全程跟踪服务，诚信负责，积极促成，与客户达成共识。
4、认真做好客户回访工作。
5、及时处理客户的退费、欠费事宜。
6、不得随意将学员家长信息向外扩散。保守商业秘密。
7、清楚的知道本校区每个班的学习进度、教师情况和教材使用。
8、不断提高自己职业素养和技能，协助主管作好新员工辅导。
9、认同履行口碑企业文化，严格执行学校规章制度。
10、服从上级安排，接受上级安排的临时任务。确保工作正常有序地进行。
职位要求：
1、形象气质佳，有亲和力。
2、性格活泼，沟通能力强。
3、有一定的英语水平，有销售经验优先。
4、进行英语教育方面的咨询与推广。
5、负责各类咨询学员接待、咨询统计及学员报名手续。
6、咨询电话的接听、记录、回访、跟进、测试、报名、当面咨询等，促进销售达成。
7、邀请客户参加试讲。
8、对每日咨询中产生的客户信息进行统计，提交咨询组长
工作时间：
每周40小时
薪资待遇：
3000元以上（底薪+提成）
