职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责咨询部所有的文件资料的起草、打印、收发、整理、归挡管理。
2、负责学员客户资料的整理和有关数据收集、录入与统计。做好学员客户资料的建立、更新、修改、整理、归挡等工作。做到日清日毕，日清日高。
3、负责将每天课程安排书写在白板上。
4、负责安排前台接待、咨询迎宾的工作休息轮班表，并及时报告部门主管。
5、第一时间接待处理客户投诉和意见处理，必要时请主管协助。
6、热情礼貌接待客户和前来校区的有关人员。做好客户回访等工作
7、不断提高自己职业素养和技能，协助主管作好新员工辅导。
8、不得随意将学员家长信息向外扩散。保守商业秘密。
9、自觉遵守口碑企业文化，严格执行学校规章制度，服从上级安排。确保工作正常有序地进行。
10、服从上级安排，接受上级安排的临时任务。确保工作正常有序地进行。
11、负责网咯咨询，招生和约访客户，能完成每月制定指标。

2、具有一定的英语听说能力。
3、熟练操作办公自动化软件。
4、工作认真负责，有耐心，能吃苦耐劳
