职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责对机加车间整体工作实施组织和优化管理；
2、坚定不移的保证生产计划任务的施行并落实；
3、根据客户订单制定合理的工作计划，并安排车间员工的每天工作任务；
4、领导和监督各班班长对设备实施维护与保养；
5、处理和整理加工材料/程序/任务，具体工作实施的方案；
岗位要求：
1、男性，40岁以下，从事机加车间管理工作3年以上；
2、对各类机加设备及生产工艺熟悉；
3、大局观、洞察力、组织管理、协调能力；
4、为人本分、公平公正、逻辑性、条理性；
5、家住沈北地区优先；
