岗位职责：
1、建立预防性维修计划、操作指导书和点检保养记录体系；
2、设备故障时，带领团队快速响应，迅速进行故障诊断和故障修复；
3、做好设备文档和维修记录管理；
4、人员的合理调配，工作的合理安排；
5、负责团队建设、技能培训、绩效考核、人员管理；安全管理；
任职资格：
1、男，35-50岁，高中以上学历；
2、了解设备管理流程，实际数控机械维修工作5年以上；
3、了解数控机械的性能与流程；
4、良好的沟通、协调、组织能力，有良好的成本意识；
5、家住皇姑区、沈北新区的优先；
