职位描述
Job Duty:
-Overall, optimized,and daily management of floor's operating work.
-Responsible for standarize stores' daily operations.
-Supervise and urge merchants to operate normatively according to the contract, abide by the provision of the contract's scope business.
-In charge of achieve areas' sales target, and also the work of rent collection.
-To assist merchants, all departments contact with each other,enhance merchants' understanding of every department, improve work efficiency etc.
-Regular communication with merchants, understand the status of operation,carry out the research of market, collect the information of store promotion,help stores to carry out the sales promotion activity and increase the interaction between stores.
-Pre-openning of ternants' follow up and management of their decorate construction.
岗位职责：
-楼层营运工作的统筹、优化管理、日常管理；
-负责规范店铺日常经营活动；
-监督、督促商户按照合同规范经营，遵守合同规定的经营范围；
-负责分管区域的销售指标达成及租金收缴工作；
-协助商户与各部门、其它商户联系各项事宜，增进商户对各部门职能的了解，提高办事效率；
-定期与商户沟通，了解经营状况，开展市场调研，收集店铺促销信息，协助店铺开展促销推广活动及增进店铺间互动。
-开业前租户装修施工的跟进和管理。
