职位描述
Job Duty:
-responsible for assigned liaison business and coordination work of merchants.
-Make written comments and follow up it according to merchants' decorate drawings and on-site inspection.
-Coordinate with the internal department for merchants to deal with all their decorate procedure, and other review、approval work of decorate design.
-responsible for follow up merchants' decorate progress and quality, monitor the tenants if their decorate construction is according to construction drawings, identify problems and do timely warning, also make good control before and after business.
-Recieved emergency event which happened during the procedure of decoration from the customer service department, coorditate and follow up all issues timely.
-To participate the acceptance work that organized by property for professionals of their decoration's concealed work and the entire completed project .

-负责分派商户的联络和协调工作。
-对商户装修图纸的审核及现场检查提出书面意见并跟进落实。
-协调内部部门为商户办理各项进场装修手续，及装修设计的审核与报批工作
-负责跟进商户装修进度和质量，监督租户装修施工是否按照图纸施工，发现问题并及时警告，做到事前事中控制。
-从客户服务部收到租户装修过程中的应急事件，及时协调跟进好各方面问题。
-参加物业组织的各专业人员对装修的隐蔽工程和全部工程竣工的验收工作。
Job requirment:
-Colledge and university degree
-At least over 2 year relevant experience
-Good command of verbal and written english is preferable
