Responsibilities and Duties：

1、 负责新产品工艺方案的确定，编制新产品工艺过程流程图、平面布置图。

2、 定义工装清单，提出设备、工装技术规范要求, 完成设备能力分析及设备。

3、 对新产品进行生产工艺评审，参与新产品PV阶段和SOP阶段的工作，解决产品PV阶段质量问题。

4、 参与客户审核工作。

5、 对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善

6、 完成经理临时交付的其他任务。

1、Responsible for new production process development, include: define process concept, process flow chart, layout, PFMEA, Work instruction ；

2、Define equipment list, create equipment and fixture technical specification, conduct CMK analysis；

3、Perform production process assessment for new product, participate in PV and SOP phase. Solve product problem during PV phase；

4、Participate in customer audit ；

5、Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products ；

6、Fulfill the other temporary task assigned by Manager .

Requirement of candidates:

任职资格：

1、教育程度：本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业。

2、5年以上在金属件产品焊接、装配领域的工作经验。

3、熟悉自动控制系统，工装夹具设计，汽车产品生产。

4、汽车座椅骨架的焊接装配的相关工艺经验优先 机器人及激光焊接经验优先

5、英文读写基本要求

1、Bachelors Degree in either Mechanical, Engineering or related work experience;

2、Above 5 years work experience in metal welding and assembling

3、Familiar with automatism (cylinder, PLC, sensor …), mechanical design, automotive products production…

4、 Seat structure welding and assembly process experience is preferred

5、Basic knowledge of English reading and writing
