Advanced Specialist Workplace Systems R&D

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Estimate and fulfill the workplace requirement of R&D department

- Make the solution for R&D business from Workplace Systems

- Ensure R&D workplace related business running stable and reliable

- Supporting R&D business in the scope which is not normal standard of BMW Brilliance Automotive, to deliver the solution with quality, efficiency and availability within the least invest

Key Responsibilities

- Implement as well as support potential solutions for IT Workplace technologies, based upon R&D driven requirements

- Collecting and analyzing the requirement from R&D and make proper solution and deliverables

- Specify, procure and manage external support contracts for workplace systems and peripheral hardware and software which is R&D related

- Negotiate Service Level Agreements with clients. Provide specified levels of service

- Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques of R&D

- Provide operational support on a daily basis

- Join R&D related from IT Workplace side and deliver qualified solution

- Working under ITIL process to deliver continuous and extensible IT workplace service to the R&D department

- Managing R&D related end devices and applications of workplace

- Deliver training courses as required

Qualifications

- Degree in Information Technology or similar qualification although experience and proven delivery capability is just as relevant

- Strong knowledge of R&D related applications, systems and IT tools

- Know R&D working process and contents

- Strong knowledge of IT assets management and maintenance

- Strong knowledge of IT end device of R&D

- Deeply Understanding of the principles of target orientation

- Experience managing small teams and budgets

- Experience on systems development and implementation

- Strong supplier management skills

- Strong project management skills

- Experience on ITIL process execution

- Leadership and planning skills

- Strong Service Consciousness

- English fluently

- Experience with IT Infrastructure, 4-6 years

- Experience for R&D IT supporting, 4-6 years

- Experience on manufacture enterprise is preferred , 4-6 years

- Experience on supplier management, 1-3 years

- Experience on Project management, 1-3 years

- Experience on IT assets management, 4- 6years

- Experience on ITIL execution, 1-3 years
