Location: Home based in Shenyang
Selling Lab Instruments - Physical Property & Elemental for oil & gas industry

Summary of the job:
Develops and implements strategies to capture and expand sales according to organization’s short and long term goals and objectives. Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals. Ideally, candidate has more than 10 years of experience selling Laboratory Instrument, especially Physical Property & Elemental in oil & gas industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Meet/ Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly sales target
? To increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution
? Execute market and segment growth strategy
? Identify new markets
? Provide information and intelligence for new products and solutions
? Provide customer and channel relationship management
? Interact constructively and well with others across functional lines of responsibility, eg: Sales Team in other part of China
? Minimum 50% face-to-face customer contact in support of key accounts sales strategy and tactics.
Qualifications:
? Minimum a degree in Engineering or equivalent
? At least 8 years of working experience within market segment/ industry
? Possess selling experience in B2B environment
? Possess excellent negotiation & presentation skills
? Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all parties at all time
? Ability to resolves problems in a timely manner
? Ability to gather and analyzes information skillfully
? Ability to analyze customer purchasing history and future needs
? Must be Sales Orientated and be able to act independently and exceed individual and company goal
? Ability to manage difficult and emotional customers professionally
? Ability to speak and to read English and Chinese is mandatory.
? Excellent interpersonal skills needed to deal with wide range of individuals
? Competent in MS Office
? Must be organized, multi-tasking & work alone
? Able to work under tight deadline and under great pressure
? Candidate must be physically fit and willing to travel when needed
