PROGRAM MANAGER

Location: Shanghai, China

General Purpose of Position:
In oder to develop the new program more smoothly in terms of cost control, time control and communciation between internally and external cusomters, PM should fully understand the program development process and lead the program team to finally achieve the target and meet the customer’s requirement.
Major Responsibilities:

？ Based on PDP process with the customer’s request to setup each big milestone.
？ Monitor and Follow up the completion status of the assignment according to each different gate and different time. (Through communication, and the way of alarm, Gemba Review, BLE and other escalation process to get things done)
？ collect and maintain the key documents during the product development process( such as project timing status), update them periodically.
？ coordinate and organize each gate review during the program development period.
？ collect the lesson learned from the development period, summarize the problems and get the clear solutions, create new working process if it’s needed.
？ Control and follow up the project development cost.
？ Implement Flawless Launch during the new program development process according to Delphi’s request.
？ Implement the risk alarm system to evaluate the risk like Quality, Payment, Cost and Time which may exist during the program development phase.

Basic Qualification：

REQUIRED

？ University degree or above
？ 5 years working experiences on automotive industry for quality especially, participant in the new program development management process control

PREFERRED

? Teambuilding skills
? Presentation skills
? High level of personal computer skills
