Job description
Report to PC&CC GMs in operation /Report to PC GM in administration.
Through accurate, relevant and timely business & financial analysis, support general management in making effective business decisions.
To secure that adequate internal control processes are in place and that Group processes are implemented.
To participate in business activities and thereby actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with the strategy and targets.
To raise "red flags" to operational and/or holding management whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk.
Mission
1.In charge of financial reporting and Business control issues;
2.In charge of ERP Support ;
3.Setup related policy to secure the adequate internal control process ;
4.Be responsible for company assets, including Fix assets and Inventory;
5.In charge of cost and expenses control, provide monthly analysis to GM ;
6.Attending Legal board meeting and CRM ;
7.In charge of the expectancy and forecast reports required by group and raise risk flag to GM for the deviation;8.PK and TP calculation;
9.Development and instruction for subordinate;
10.Other works assigned by GM or Divisions.
