职位描述
1、 协助外贸专员开展外贸工作，处理相关外贸业务；
2、 配合公司的外贸部进行市场行业信息收集, 客户信息整理；
3、 制作外贸单据、处理客户的询函以及整理和归档相关工作资料；
4、 联系工厂处理货物的打样、出货等事宜，及时、准确地向客户反映情况，确保订单的顺利完成；
5、 跟踪和办理出口核销、退税等相关工作；
6、 处理客户的投诉；
7、 协调外贸部与其他部门的工作联络。
1、 大学专科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；
2、 1年以上外贸相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
3、 熟悉整个外贸业务操作流程，熟悉报关、外汇核销操作流程，可独立跟单者优先考虑；
4、 流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力与外籍员工沟通无障碍，熟悉OFFICE操作软件；
5、 具有良好的职业道德和个人素养，较强的工作热情和责任感，做事细心认真，勤于思考和分析问题，善于沟通，可承受工作压力。
试用期三个月，转正后待遇：底薪+提成+团队奖金 五险一金
Foreign trade Assistant
Job responsibilities:
l Assist trade commissioner in work of foreign trade, processing trade related business;
l Making foreign trade documents, letters, and handle customer inquiries related to work sorting and filing information;
l Contact factory regarding cargo, shipping & other matters, timely & accurately according to customer situation to complete the order smoothly;
l Tracking and verification for export tax ,rebate and other related work;
l Cooperate foreign trade department to collect information of market and industry, organize customers information;
l Handling customers’ complaints;
l Contact department of foreign trade & coordinate the work with other department.
Requirements:
l College and higher education, international trade, business English related major;
l 1 year working experience in fields related to foreign trade. Also work in foreign company related field is preferred；
l Familiar with the foreign business operation process, familiar with customs， Foreign exchange verification operation process, can independently handle the procedure;
l Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills to communicate with foreign employees , familiar MS OFFICE operating software;
l With good professional ethics and personal qualities, strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, serious & careful work, think hard and analyze problems, good communication, can work under pressure.
Salary
l Probation Period: 3 months
l After probation period: Basic salary+ Sales commission+ Bonus
