Main Duties
主要工作职责

1)Coordinate client to solve related operation issues
2)Monitor shop floor operation situation, ensure match internal and client’s demand.
3)Coordinate & plan with supervisors to finish daily delivery on time.
4)Ensure 100% safety operation and 5S management match the target.
5)Ensure visual management can be implemented effectively.
6)Warehouse layout adjustment and updating in accordance with business demand.
7)Lead process establishment and WI creation, ensure they can be implemented effectively.
8)Operation staffs’ management and training, team building.
9)Daily report analysis and action plan.
10)Perform KPI details and ensure it match with the target.
11)Other temporary assigned task from superior leader.

Qualifications
要求

1)College degree or above, major in Logistics or related speciality.
2)At least 5 year experience in logistics related industry.
3)Good Communication & Coordination Skills.
4)Good English both in written and spoken.
5)Good Knowledge of MS Office.
