职位描述
Main Duties
1.Coordinate with client to resolve related material plan issues.
2.Monitor planner (administrator) create daily delivery plan, ensure plan is implemented effectively.
3.Coordinate with Warehouse Senior Supervisor to finish delivery on time.
4.Fulfil inventory control and management in BMW Site, ensure inventory accuracy within target, also analyse inventory difference.
5.Have data analysis capacity and solve client compliance on time.
6.Organize daily stocktaking and cycle count and monthly stocktaking.
7.Lead process establishment and WI creation, ensure they can be implemented effectively.
8.Administration management and training to team.
9.Daily report analysis & report to Site manager any irregular issues during daily job.
10.Perform KPI details for material planning and ensure it match with the target.
11.Other temporary assigned task from superior leader.
Qualification
1.College degree or above.
2.At least 5 year experience in logistics related industry.
3.Good Communication & Coordination Skills.
4. Good Knowledge of MS Office.
5. Team Work player.
