1. Optimization
-- Current status workplace optimization
-- Current production lines time study
-- Internal plant material flow optimization
-- Low cost automation deployment
-- Poka Yoke device design and deloyment
2. Capacity
-- Process design and setup(Layout, WI, etc.)
-- Process capacity analysis (Cpk, Ppk etc.)
-- Machine capacity analysis (Cmk)
-- Design of experiment -- (DOE)
-- Value stream analysis and value stream design
-- Take advantage of problem solving tools to solve problem(eg. Fishbone, 5 whys, Implementation action follow -up)
3. Training
-- Green Belt training
-- WI Training
-- Problem solving tools
-- Continuous Improvement mindset and tools
资格要求:
- More than three years of European and American automobile manufacturing industry working experience.
- Proficient the process of assembly production, have LP and six sigma basic knowledge, equipment parameter setting etc.
- Proficient writing VDA and TS16949 documents like FMEA, PFC, WI etc.
- Skill in MS office, CAD experience is helpful.
- Good communicating with English and the rigorous work attitude.
- Have strong ability of judgment, analytical ability and problem solving skills. 举报 分享
