岗位职责：
- Adhere to the Metalsa Purchasing Policy and procedures.
- Implement the Supplier Development strategy and processes supported by instructional manuals, policies and procedures that govern the qualification, development, monitoring and evaluation of Metalsa suppliers.
- Support technical discussions and evaluations that identify and help develop suppliers’ existing and potential future capabilities in new and emerging technologies that align with Metalsa’s new product development and customer growth initiatives.
- Provide technical input for global and/or regional strategic sourcing projects as assigned, including evaluation of supplier capability, specification review, product implementation and part transition.
- Review and evaluate the Metalsa Supplier Business Assessments (MSBAs) provided by suppliers, conduct on-site audits as needed and develop supplier improvement plans (if applicable). Maintain current files of completed MSBAs.
- Follow up the certification status of suppliers, action plans and improvement plans to promote quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes in accordance with automotive standards.
- Identify, evaluate, develop and qualify production and tooling suppliers according to automotive industry standards, Metalsa standards, customer requirements and the specific operational needs of the Metalsa facilities in the region.
- Coordinate and ensure the proper flow and execution of the Advanced Product Quality Planning process (APQP) with each supplier on every new project/part.
- Drive continuous improvement in the supply base by serving as an escalation point for recurrent supplier performance issues.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between Metalsa and the Supplier in cases of process deviations that directly or indirectly affect the continuity of the manufacturing process.
- As directed by the Regional Supplier Development Coordinator, provide support to the local Operations Team for supplier issues that put the operation at risk or have a serious negative impact on quality or delivery to the customer.
- Understand the end use of supplied product and participate in cross-functional teams that conduct technical discussions with suppliers to identify and implement improvements in existing products and processes (VA/VE), using lean methods to reduce waste.
- Generate and communicate action plans to address major issues or serious repetitive problems evidenced by negative trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Document activity and retain historical files that are organized, accurate and accessible to designated Metalsa staff as needed, while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality within Metalsa and with the supply base.

- Bachelor degree and above
- 5+ years of Automotive Industry experience (Engineering, Commodity Management, Purchasing, Quality)
- 3+ years Supplier Development
- 3 – 5 years Project Management
- Tooling for stamping, molding and castings; assembly capital expenditures
- English 90%
- Lean Manufacturing
- Familiar with APQP / PPAP, Core Tools (AIAG), ISO TS 16949
- ISO 14000 Auditor preferred, ISO 18000 Auditor Preferred, VDA 6.3 Auditor Preferred 举报 分享
