职位描述：
Your Role
1.BMS project roll out, translate global and regional change manager's BMS into practical deployment formwork and plans, interact with operation/production people to implement and follow up the BMS projects, etc.
2.Lead & facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) Project, CIP lead and coordinate on the plant and departments' projects identification, responsible for those projects training, coaching and follow up, etc.
3.Strategy projects implementation which were identified by Global/Regional IE team as interface, Responsible the projects implementation in the plants which were identified by Global BMS team and Cental OpEx,etc.
4.Innovation (Good Practices Sharing) leverage within Bekaert & BBRG, Good practices sharing platform set up and running effectively,etc.

Your Profile
1.Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or related filed
2.At least 3 years of experience in production or engineering position and 2 years of experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing deployment related position for an industrial multinational manufacturing company.
3.Be proficient in Lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. Lean master and six sigma green/black belts trained
4.Lean/six sigma projects management and coaching skills. Rich projects leading and coaching experience.
5.Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive manner with the maturity to operate in an international company and relate to different company, functions and departments.
6.Strong communication skill in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English
7.Energetic, highly motivated, self-confident, open-minded

贝卡尔特沈阳

1998年，贝卡尔特在沈阳建立了第一家合资企业：贝卡尔特—沈阳钢帘线有限公司（BSSC）。2005年贝卡尔特公司又继续在沈阳投资成立了第二家独资企业：贝卡尔特沈阳精密钢制品有限公司（BSAP）。2010年，贝卡尔特收购BSSC全部中方股份，至此两家公司全部成为贝卡尔特独资企业。并在2012年初，贝卡尔特将在沈的两家企业合并为一家公司运营，名称为贝卡尔特沈阳精密钢制品有限公司（BAP）。贝卡尔特沈阳精密钢制品有限公司地处沈阳经济技术开发区，下属两个生产场所，其中BSSC位于经济技术开发区一期，BSAP位于经济技术开发区二期，总占地面积238600平方米，投资总额19375万美元，目前，员工总数近1400人。
