职位描述：
1. PLM系统培训（负责PLM内部培训，各业务单元使用手册编制，用户水平测试）。
2. PLM项目协调（负责内部需求调研，解决方案编制，PLM会议组织，业务问题反馈及进度跟踪）
3. PLM技术支持（协助产品工程师进行项目前期系统迁移工作，日常系统问题解决反馈及进度跟踪）
4. 产品开发相关流程优化（参与同PLM相关的流程调整，并组织实施）
5. SJJ内部其他工程系统的技术支持及程序开发（工程网站、服务器、数据库维护）
6、工程BOM的下发及MBOM统一转化。
1. The PLM system training (responsible for PLM internal training, prepare PLM manual for each BU, user level test).
2. PLM project coordination (responsible for internal demand research, solution preparation, PLM meeting organization, business problem feedback and progress tracking)
3. The PLM technology support (assist PE for system migration, system problem solving feedback and progress tracking)
4. The product development process optimization (participate in the process adjustment related to PLM, and organize their implementation)
5. SJJ internal application development and technical support to other engineering system (Engineering web, server, database maintenance)

Shenyang Jinbei Johnson Controls Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. (SJJ) is a Sino-American joint venture co-invested by Jinbei Automotive Co., Ltd. and Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) in 2000. The company employs more than 1500 employees currently, and mainly supplies auto seating (for Brilliance Jinbei’s Minibus Hiace, GRACE MPV ， Brilliance Zhonghua Series and SG Automobile Group’s landscape ), door panel, instrument panel and other interiors(for BMW 3 & 5 Series), and truck seating (for JINBEI truck) .
