职位描述：
1.负责与客户对接，把握客户意图，向客户及时准确提供信息，并确保项目的顺利完成；
2.负责执行项目进行过程中各种服务问题，监督项目每一个环节在执行期间的具体进度，推进项目进行及时处理项目中突发情况并及时汇报备案；
3.协助AM完成客户维护和深层挖掘新项目，并深入到项目的策略、设计、提案和运作管理；
4.完善客户需求分析，研制可行性方案提升客户满意度；
5.熟练掌握谈判技巧，有良好的沟通表达能力，较强的责任心；
6.维持公司良好的公共关系，树立优质的服务形象。
任职要求：
1.热爱广告行业，具有较强的客户服务意识；
2. 2年以上广告行业相关工作经验，有全案客户服务经历优先考虑；
3. 具有清晰的逻辑思维和良好的沟通能力，对客户和上级的要求领悟到位；
4. 强烈的工作责任心，细致认真的服务态度，面对并解决工作遇到的困难与挫折；
5.擅学习，具备一定品牌营销、广告、新媒体知识基础，能够准确把握客户需求；
6.能承受工作压力，办事细心缜密，有较强的服务意识及团队组织协调能力。
