1. Plan, organise and carry out preventive and curative maintenance of production tools, train colleagues and help to develop new tools and to improve existing tools, as an expert in his/her specialist field
计划、组织、执行产品模具的保护和维修，培训同事并帮助发展新模具和优化现有模具，为该专业领域的专家
2. Organise, plan and provide level 2 and 3 curative and preventive maintenance, the setting, maintenance and development of production tool programming
组织、计划并向级别2、3提供维修和保护、设置、维修和产品模具程序的优化
Prepare a preventive maintenance schedule and distribute instructions准备预防性维修计划并发布指令--Order spare parts in the computer system在计算机系统里订购零配件
Ensure the supply of spare parts as part of a Preventive Maintenance Plan确保零配件的供应在预防维修计划中
Make necessary adjustments and upgrade tools in compliance with tolerances作出必要的判断并更新模具符合公差
Check that tools operate correctly during production and carry out maintenance as required检查模具操作正确在生产和进行维修的时候
Record tool maintenance on log cards to ensure the traceability of maintenance operations在日志卡上记录模具维修，以便维修记录的可追溯性
Make the necessary decisions to optimise maintenance to prevent the recurrence of failures, without making any major alterations to the tools作出必要的决定来优化维修，防止故障再次发生，但对模具不作出重要变动
3. Perform improvement and modification work on tools in compliance with safety instructions and procedures in force

Make requested improvements to tools to ensure their rapid assembly on the press对模具作出必要的改进，以确保在装配线上快速的组装
Propose and implement technical and mechanical improvements on tools to optimise their operation提出和实施模具技术上和机械上的改进来优化操作
Make or assign others to make modifications to tools based on customer requests部署/分配他人对模具进行修改，基于客户要求
Make modifications requested internally基于内部要求进行修订
4. Ensure the cleanliness of his/her work area and the quality of his/her work
确保工作区域的干净以及工作的质量"
Receive and store tools as required按要求接收和存储模具
Clean his/her workstation清理工位
Clean and maintain his/her machine清理并维修机械
Check the quality of his/her work and implement corrective actions if required检查工作质量，按要求执行正确的行动
Take part in working and/or progress groups参与工作或优化小组
5. Check that tools are in good working order检查模具工作良好"
Check the quality of his/her work, respect the mould record flow and ensure the mould is processed at the end of the work检查工作的质量、模具记录流程、确保模具在工作结束前处理
Analyse and resolve technical malfunctions associated with part quality分析解决与零件质量相关的技术故障
Help to diagnose anomalies, faults, failures of production means帮助诊断异常、故障、生产方式的失败Decide on the actions to be implemented in the event of a problem决定解决问题的措施
6. Provide expertise in a specialist field提供专业知识"
Perform an ergonomics analysis and diagnosis of tools in his/her field of expertise在专业领域内执行人机工程学的分析和诊断
Organise, plan and manage maintenance in his/her field of expertise组织、计划和管理专业领域内的维修Propose and implement adequate corrective actions提出和执行正确的行动
Analyse micro-failures, propose and implement adapted solutions分析微小失误、提出和执行相应的解决方案
Propose improvement plans提出改进计划
Help to select and implement improvement actions帮助选择和执行优化行动
7. Make sure that preventive maintenance constraints are taken into account regarding new tools to be installed在有关新模具安装时，确保考虑到预防性维修限制"
Propose solutions that allow maintenance constraints within the framework of the design to be taken into account from the outset and the implementation of new tools and production processes提出解决方案，允许未留限制在框架设计是考虑在内，从一开始的新模具安装和生产程序的施行开始
Propose the implementation of improvement actions in his/her field of activity提出优化行动的实施Manage colleagues in his/her specialist field and coordinate their missions for actions to be conducted in his/her field of expertise管理同事和协调任务，进行操作

1. 最低学历 高中
2. 有行车证，焊工证优先录取
3. 具备注塑模具制造及维修经验，熟悉海天注塑机优先
4. 可以倒班工作
5. 具备UG 和 Autocad优先录取
