职位描述：
岗位职责：
-Monitor the performance of qua lity equipment’s, focusing on the work based on standards, ensuring quality in the process and product.
- Perform dimensional analysis and line adjustments based on the result.
- Management Process Capability studies (CPK)
- Analyze and implement improvements in the effectiveness of the control points in the process.
- Perform audit of layers.
- Calibrate measuring equipment in their span of control.
- Guarantee implementation of the system of metrology in the process.
-Decide rework or rejection of the material in quarantine.
- Generate and implement actions to reduce Scrap.
- Tracking indicators for the development and implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
- Comply with the internal control of its area (audit current practices and update procedures) Attend and respond to internal and external audits.
- Keep updated the information registered in the management systems of its area.
- Develop proposals and participate in the implementation of projects to improve the area.
- Coordinate (to Lead Meetings) with specialty team for troubleshooting, project implementation and engineering changes.
- Support the implementation of engineering changes and new projects.
- Comply with Environmental, Quality systems and security guidelines that apply in the area.

任职要求：
- Bachelor degree and above
- English as working language
- Experience in Quality and/or Process Areas
- Experience in handling of statistic tools
- Personnel Management
- Experience in Metal-Mechanic Industry ideal if Automotive Industr 举报 分享
