职位描述：
Main Tasks (more details: see attached) 主要工作内容（详见附件）

? Tool tracking / tool management within voestalpine’s new projects 跟进奥钢联新项目的模具管理
? Coordinate tool try-outs at supplier – and go there to supervise/track progress and success与供应商协调模具调试，并到现场监督项目进展
? Follow-up up project time plan with regards to all tooling requirements 根据模具要求，按照时间进度跟进项目
? Follow-up tool changes at suppliers (time and quality of supplier performance) 跟进供应商的模具变更（供应商质量业绩和时间）
? Responsible for static and dynamic tooling validation, responsible for driving the tool buy-off process. 负责静态和动态的模具验证，负责推进模具的认证过程。
? Validate/follow the suppliers time schedules in accordance with voestalpine project requirements and customer’s milestones 根据奥钢联的项目要求和客户的项目进展，检验并跟进供应商的项目时间进展情况

Requirements: 工作要求
? Project management experience 项目管理相关工作经验
? Good Technical knowledge - good experience with cold-stamping tools 拥有良好的专业技术知识以及冷冲压的工作经验
? Quality Awareness 有质量意识
? Experience in Automotive industry and its Quality standards 有汽车行业的工作经验以及了解质量标准程序
? Good command of English 精通英语
? Necessary to do business trips to tool suppliers (frequency depending on project phase). 需出差到模具厂商（频次视项目进展而定）
