? Ensures the production in organize and systematic, and deliver in schedule, solves operational problems and provide technical assistance, with continuous attention to continuously improve in productive, quality, profitability.

? Supervising and control current production department budget, prepare the coming year production department budget proposal and submit to the Plant Manager.
监管和控制现有生产部门的预算，预估来年生产部门预算汇报给工厂经理。
? Under Plant Manager Arrangement, in charge of or Participate to Develop\Adapt\Implement Production related Procedure and Working instruction.
在工厂经理的安排下，负责或参与发展/执行生产相关的流程和工作守则。
? Supervises and supporting the overall daily administration in production planning and delivery of internal and external customers. Ensures proper handling, storage, packaging and delivery of products.
在生产计划和内部外部的交货过程中监测和支持全面的日常行政管理。确保正确的处理方式，储存，包装以及产品的交付。
? Participate in start of new production projects, continuously optimizes the Line production performance and ensure production fit with ramp up schedule.
参与新生产项目的筹备，优化生产线，确保产品按时交货。
? Be responsible for develop and Implement all the plant wise corrective and preventive action related in production including TS, 6S, SHE, TPM and so on
对生产相关的TS,6S,SHE,TPM等工作的发展和应用负责。

? Uphold and conduct clearly for all the related company procedure (handbook, Safety manual, QS procedure, WI and so on) and discipline to subordinates, and supervise the subordinates and anyone in production department doing so.
严格贯彻执行公司流程（员工手册，安全手册，QS流程，工作指导等），并监督所有生产部门的人贯彻执行。
? Supervising the all the subordinates performance, consultant to Plant Manager for motivating and evaluation plan in production department. Issue the Training Plan, organize the training and verification the training result for all the subordinates and keep reporting to HR department and Plant Manager.
监督所有生产方面的工作，向工厂经理提供激励和评估生产部门的计划，制作培训计划，组织培训以及评估培训结果并向人力资源部和工厂经理汇报。

? More than 2 years managing experience within Automotive or similar industry. 两年以上汽车行业或相关行业管理经验。
? At least Junior college education level in Managing /Engineering subject for new promoted Production Line Manager.要求至少管理/工程方面大专以上学历。
? Good understanding of quality systems of Automotive industry. 对汽车行业质量体系的良好认知。
? Basic Knowledge of Financial key performance indexes. 基本的财务知识
? Customer Focus, Initiative, Team work. 了解客户，有建设性，有团队精神。
? Strong Analysis-Solution ability, Good Leadership coaching ability.有较强的分析能力，领导能力，指导能力。
